Comment Opportunities
Public and agency involvement is critical throughout the preparation of the EIS. A 90-day public comment period on the Draft EIS ended on May 15, 2008. Comments received during the comment period were considered during preparation of a Final EIS.
A 30-day review period on the Final EIS ends on September 7, 2010. Interested parties can comment by:
